Neutrality
Good Day Lovelies,
Hoping you all had an amazing weekend. Mine was snow-filled and reflective.
So, the bible states, “I know all the things you do, that you are neither hot nor cold. I wish that you were one or the other!”-(NIV version-Revelations 3:15) Y’all being fully transparent, I have been quite lazy in my faith lately. I haven’t been praying as much as I should, haven’t been attending church regularly, haven’t been reading and studying the bible as much as I need to and I’m not sure how I got to this place. So many other obligations a.k.a. distractions have shifted my focus and I have to DO BETTER! God doesn’t deserve pieces of me but ALL of me and I never want to be neutral or lukewarm in my Christian faith…I must be all in. I’m so grateful that God is merciful, gracious, and forgiving but he has been waaaaaaay too good to me for me to only give him parts of me. I’m not perfect and I never want to pretend to be. I must hold myself accountable in all areas of my life. I fall short everyday on this journey called life but as long as I live to see another day, I have an opportunity to make a shift/change and GET IT RIGHT! We all have our different struggles in life that we are facing but I encourage you to TAKE ACTION, MOVE FORWARD, SHIFT WHAT YOU NEED TO and HAVE FAITH! Declaring Victory, in Jesus Name for you and I. Styling:
I opted to go with a monochromatic look because I love how an all nude look comes together. Not to mention it’s super chic. I styled this sweater dress with a vintage coat which I thrifted recently. I like the oversized fit and how the fur collar adds a bit of luxe to the overall look. Unfortunately, I was rushing to get to church and was unable to locate my nude clutch, so I grabbed this bamboo handle/cream purse and went on my way.
