Nah.

How bomb is this sweatshirt though? I had to do it for the culture and in honor of the late great Ms. Rosa Parks who was a pioneer in the civil rights/freedom movement. It’s because of this courageous woman who decided to say, “Nah, not today” when told to give up her seat to a white passenger, that led to a boycott and civil rights movement to de-segregate public places. Our ancestors fought so hard for us and braved their lives to assure we could live much better than they did and be provided with great opportunities and above all else freedom and equality. We have come a long way but yet have so far to go, especially during this Trump era which is very reminiscent of the rampant hatred and racism dated back to the Rosa Parks era. God still reigns and I am still hopeful that LOVE will conquer all. You know my 2019 goal is to LOVE MORE. Anywho, Happy Black History month…it’s actually year round for me. :-) I hope you guys enjoy this laid back look that I zhuzhed up a bit by adding a pair of sky high nude pumps.

A pair of timbs or cute sneakers would look equally as dope with this look for a more casual/around the way vibe.

Y’all please do not sleep on the thrift store. I literally scored this camel coat last year for $7. Can you say winning?! It’s the perfect classic piece. I just scored another tan one too…I will be recording a Youtube video soon with my most recent thrift haul, so be on the look out for that.
