Exploring the Weekend with Ford

Hey Lovelies,

Hoping you all had a great weekend! Mine was awesome. It was full of activities which consisted of; errands, client pulls, a girls night on the town, and a mini day trip to Atlantic City. I was elated to have the opportunity to take the new 2020 Ford Explorer on my fun filled weekend and guys this ride was amazing. I must say this vehicle is so perfect for the boss chick/woman/mom on the go!

I love the sleek and chic aesthetic, the smooth ride, the luxe leather black interior and of course how amazingly spacious this vehicle is. This ride checked off so many must haves on my list of needs and wants in a car.

As you have probably noticed, I am a woman of a smaller stature (I am 5’4) and I appreciate that this vehicle has nice size to it making me feel safe and secure but not too much size, in which it’s overwhelming. It also has great road handle. A great mid-size SUV option for sure.

Some of my favorite features are highlighted below:

  • The Ford SYNC feature; which is an integrated communications and entertainment system which allows for hands-free telephone calls, controls music, and the use of voice command. It was so easy to set up and took me all of 2-3 minutes.

  • Heated seats

  • Heated steering wheel

  • Several different drive modes depending on the outdoor elements (such as; slippery, tow/haul, eco, normal, deep snow/sand, trail, etc.)

  • Not to be redundant but again the roominess and sleek design

  • The dual sunroof which pretty much spans the entire roof allowing tons of sun rays/lighting in (ladies the perfect feature for some good car selfies)

  • Remote Engine Start

  • Push Start Engine

Who doesn’t love a vehicle that’s just as stylish as their outfit?! Speaking of outfits...let’s get into today’s look. Considering I had several things on my to-do list including meeting with one of my clients, my day called for a look that would transition from casual to semi-casual with just a mere change in accessories. So, for running around I pair this look with my new favorite sneakers,( which I’m obsessed with). I then elevated my look a bit for my meeting by pairing it with a pair of snakeskin booties (not pictured).
