Don't Allow Fear to Cripple You

Hey Lovelies!

I know it's been quite sometime since I've updated my blog and my sincerest apologies for my unexpected mini hiatus. It started off as me taking a week off due to being super busy with other "life" things and it then unexpectedly turned into a moment for me to pursue a little mental clarity. I must admit it felt great to take a break and take some time to myself to just be. As I explored and searched within, I began to notice how fear was crippling me from experiencing all that God has purposed for me and my life. Honestly speaking, it can be quite challenging at times not to lean on my own understanding but to fully trust and rely on God. That thing called fear likes to creep in and rear it's ugly head ever so often and I am learning to be more diligent in letting go and letting GOD. I'm surely a work in progress but very hopeful and excited for all the blessings that I know God has in store for my life.

Anywho, today's look is all about this candy striped shirt dress. I just love the color pairing of pink and red which both happen to be my two favorite colors.  I also love that this garment can be worn as a dress (as pictured), a top, or even a mid-length duster over a pair of denim jeans or shorts. Y'all already know how I feel about versatile pieces...it's a MUST in my wardrobe. Well, I hope you guys enjoy today's look! XOXO
