Vintage Lovin': Primary Colors

Good Day Lovelies!

Hoping you all had a great weekend! Mine was SUPER busy and I still didn't accomplish half of the things that I set out to. :-(  Hate when I have weekends like that but life goes on...there's always next weekend. Anywho, church was so AMAZE today. The pastor spoke about God's favor on our lives. In short the sermon was a reminder to be happy and grateful for what God is doing for you in your life throughout all stages. Although, we may feel that our lives aren't moving at the pace we'd prefer or we may feel that others are being blessed with opportunities and blessings that we wish were for us we have to embrace the process that God has set before us. Don't be jealous or envious of those around you as, Comparison is the thief of joy. Clap for others when you see them winning and just know that your moment will come when God sees fit. Patience, Gratitude, and God's Favor will keep your attitude in check while you await and work for the blessings that are sure to come. Remember what God has for you is for YOU! No one can take it away. Be great my people! Love you guys! XOXO

The Styling:

So, I have had this colorful vintage skirt for about three years now and this is my first time wearing it. No clue what I was waiting for because the colors and silhouette of this beauty is right up my alley. I added the belt to add more of a vintage charm to my look. I kept the top portion of this look clean and plain, as the skirt pops enough on its own. For the finishing touches, I added a classic red pump and cobalt blue clutch.

Styling Alternatives:

You can style this look with a pair of flats for a more functional twist. You can also pair this look with a white t-shirt and denim jacket for a more casual feel.  I can also see this look paired with a chambray and a fab bootie for a vibrant fall look.
